PRO Tek Concrete is designed to penetrate deeply into the concrete, whether applied to vertical or horizontal surfaces. It operates independently of gravity or primers, owing to its hydrophilic nature, which actively seeks out water. Upon encountering water and alkalinity, PRO Tek Concrete reacts to form a hydrogel substance deep within the capillaries and pores of the concrete. This gel replaces the empty spaces previously occupied by air, resulting in strengthened, denser, and waterproof concrete.

PRO Tek Concrete is not a topical sealer. It does not form a surface film and will not alter the coefficient of friction (CoF), maintaining the existing slip resistance of the concrete slab. PRO Tek Concrete can be applied to the negative side of any concrete slab or wall. PRO Tek Concrete can be used as a cure and fortifier (seal).  Apply within the first 12 hours of a new pour or when walkable.  Our product will retain moisture which will slow down the hydration process. Resulting in stronger concrete, eliminating concrete failure such as spalling, scaling, surface crazing and delamination.  PRO Tek Concrete is also used for in-service concrete that is one week old to fifty plus years old.

 It is easy to apply with a backpack sprayer, it can reduce curing time by 50% (from 28 to 14 days), all without disrupting business operations.
