Who we’re looking for:

• You have at least 2 years of experience as a sales agent, broker, or in a similar role within construction, concrete restoration, or industrial products

• You bring a strong network of contacts with contractors, distributors, engineers, or project managers

• You’re a natural communicator and negotiator, both in writing and in person

• You love hitting and exceeding goals — sales numbers excite you, not scare you

• Self-driven, organized, and able to work independently while taking ownership of your results
