PRO Tek Concrete is backed by a standard 3-year warranty, with optional extended coverage available for up to 10 or 25 years when applied by a Certified EverTek Applicator and registered according to our warranty program. Some of our specialty products carry a 1–3-year warranty, guaranteeing they are free from manufacturing defects and will perform as promised when used as directed.

*Disclaimer: Warranty coverage applies only to products found to be defective in material or manufacture when used in strict accordance with EverTek’s written instructions and technical data sheets (TDS). EverTek’s liability is limited solely to the replacement of defective product.
Warranties do not cover misuse, improper application, or failure due to external factors such as weather conditions, substrate movement, or natural disasters. The user or applicator is responsible for proper specified saw cuts, ensuring that the surface is properly prepared, structurally sound, and suitable for treatment, and that all environmental conditions (temperature, humidity, dew point, and curing time) meet standard coating guidelines and EverTek’s application standards. Admix design must follow the standard guidelines for CSA or ACI and must be submitted for warranty to be valid. Warranty is not valid if applied over an existing coating or sealer.
Limitation of Liability:
EverTek shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of profits, or other commercial losses. EverTek’s total liability is expressly limited to the replacement of defective products, as specified in our full warranty documentation.
