Cement Conditioning Admixture (CCA)

High-Performance Admixture for Acid & Chemical Resistance in Concrete

High-Performance Admixture for Acid & Chemical Resistance in Concrete
 Cement Conditioning Admixture (CCA)

Cement Conditioning Admixture (CCA) significantly extends the service life of concrete subjected to harsh environments. It produces a super hydrated cement which naturally creates more reacted cement molecules therefore transforming the concrete matrix into a denser, harder, less brittle structure. CCA conditions the concrete with molecules designed to repel chemical attack.

Key Benefits

 Cement Conditioning Admixture (CCA)

Increased Strength: Super hydrates concrete and enhances strength of concrete up to 36%.

 Cement Conditioning Admixture (CCA)

Increased Acid resistance: By up to 400%

 Cement Conditioning Admixture (CCA)

Sustainable Construction Practices: Reduces CO2 emissions due to cement production due to ability to maintain compressive strength with lower cement content, reducing cement content up to 15%.

Best Use Cases

Ready-mixed concrete, prestressed concrete, precast concrete, self-consolidating concrete (SCC), geotechnical grouting and ground improvement, flatwork, roller compacted concrete (RCC), block and brick manufacturing, spillways and raceways, containment sites, shotcrete, architectural concrete.

Application

Can be added at the plant or on site.

Coverage

1 litre treats 454.4 kg of cement at a rate of 100 ml per 45.5 kg
of cement.

Recommendations

CCA is not a replacement for a sealer. It is always recommended to use PRO Tek Concrete as a cure and fortifier on new slab placement. Always add CCA first before any other admixtures are introduced. It is always best to perform a suitability test. Reduction in cement content should not be performed without adequate testing prior to the project.
